Mental Health. Creativity. Radical Self-Honesty.

👋 Hi, I’m Ashley

I’m a queer, Black, neurodivergent actress, writer, and mental health advocate creating space for truth and healing. I live at the intersection of art and advocacy. Diagnosed with Autism (Level 1), ADHD (combined), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and other mental health illnesses, I use storytelling—on stage and on the page—to explore what it means to survive, to feel deeply, and to be fully human. Through performance, poetry, and speaking engagements, I help others feel seen. My work is especially for Black and Brown folks navigating mental illness, neurodivergence, and the everyday act of staying alive.
